Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Assigning sales workers to duties
• Hiring and training staff or arranging for their training
• Authorizing payments by cheque
• Establishing work schedules
• Selling merchandise
• Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organizing and maintaining inventory
• Supervising and coordinating activities of workers

Supervision

Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
