Responsibilities

• Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work.
• Oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Resolve work problems and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Languages: English required.
• Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Windows.
