Overview
Our client is seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Manager who is willing to relocate and is passionate about driving success in a fast-paced environment. Immigration support may be considered for the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for potential international applicants.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Supervision
- Supervise 3-4 staff members
Requirements
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: English (Asset: Hindi, Urdu, Panjabi)
