Job Overview

Our client is seeking a dermatologist for a permanent full-time position in North Vancouver, BC. We welcome applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be available for qualified applicants.

Salary and Work Location

• Salary: $60.00 per hour
• Work Location: On site
• Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders
• Diagnose psychiatric disorders
• Conduct medical research on human disorders, illnesses, preventive or curative methods
• Prescribe medication and treatment
• Refer patients for surgery
• Treat various medical conditions and disorders
• Conduct microscopic and chemical analyses of laboratory samples
• Prepare research papers for publication and presentation
• Study the nature, cause, and development of diseases
• Supervise laboratory activities
• Act as consultant to other physicians
• Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
