Work Setting: On site in various environments including construction, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

Salary: $37.50 per hour, with expected work hours of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time. Early mornings, days, evenings, weekends may be required.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a supervisory role.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, potentially noisy, at heights, and dusty.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare production and other reports.
• Supervise workers and projects.
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities.
• Train or arrange for training.
• Set up machines and equipment.
• Estimate costs and materials.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Recommend personnel actions.
• Read blueprints and drawings.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Lead and instruct individuals.

Credentials

• Working at heights training.
• First Aid Certificate.
• CPR Certificate.

Personal Suitability

• Excellent oral communication.
• Organized and reliable.
• Team player.
