Job Overview

Our client is seeking an ONroute Brand Manager to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned brand(s). This role involves collaborating with the plaza team to deliver results while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and scheduling day-to-day operations to meet sales and budget targets
• Executing ordering and inventory processes
• Hiring, training, and coaching team members, including Health & Safety
• Delivering brand, audit, and customer service standards
• Acting as Manager-in-Charge when the General Manager or Associate General Manager is absent

Inventory and Ordering Accountability

You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring food cost targets are met, and maintaining accurate data in the inventory management system. Key tasks include:

• Placing, receiving, storing, and reconciling orders on time
• Training and managing food cost on the floor daily with your team
• Monitoring waste and ensuring it is reviewed for accuracy

Brand, Audit & Customer Service Accountability

You will ensure all team members are trained to meet or exceed brand and customer service standards. Your duties include:

• Completing self-audits and developing action plans for improvement
• Providing top-quality customer service and coaching during peak times

Team and Health & Safety Accountability

You will oversee hiring, training, and developing your team while ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities include:

• Setting performance expectations and providing feedback
• Scheduling and achieving labour targets for your assigned brand(s)
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures

Manager-in-Charge Accountability

In the absence of the General Manager or Associate General Manager, you will prioritize the overall needs of the plaza:

• Work collaboratively across all brands
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service
• Manage all plaza activities and compliance with standards

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies

• 3-5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume food and beverage or related operations
• Proficiency in POS Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and training abilities
• Exceptional customer experience focus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound operational knowledge in the fast-food/food service industry
• Reliable transportation to the plaza is required
