Our client is seeking a Personal Support Worker – Home Support to join their team in Mississauga, ON. The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be provided for the right candidate.

Education and Experience
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
Responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care
- Administer medications
- Assist clients in water (i.e. pool)
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
- Change non-sterile dressings
- Collect specimens
- Demonstrate infant care to new parents
- Feed or assist in feeding
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Mend clothing and linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Plan therapeutic diets and menus
- Provide companionship
- Provide personal care
- Shop for food and household supplies
