Our client is seeking a construction helper for a permanent, full-time position. This role is ideal for both local candidates and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Visa sponsorship may be considered.

• Salary: $31.00 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Will train
• Languages: English

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment
• Physically demanding
• Handling heavy loads (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs)
• Work site environment: Outdoors, at a construction site

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
