Key Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
• Manage repair orders and communicate with technicians on service needs
• Upsell services and products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Facilitate customer appointments and follow-ups effectively

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in automotive service
• Languages: English
