Position: Front End Supervisor – Retail

Location: 920 36 ST NE, Calgary, AB, T2A 6L8

Work Location: On-site

Salary: $21.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) – 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

2 years to less than 3 years

On-site Requirement:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Supervision:

• 1 to 2 people
• 3-4 people
