Our client is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (E.C.E.) to join their team. This position offers opportunities for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. We will provide necessary immigration support for qualified applicants.

Job Details

• Location: 3289 Matapan Crescent, Vancouver, BC, V5M 4A9
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $22.50 hourly
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Assess the children’s development to prepare a individualized learning plan.
• Develop and implement care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
• Lead activities including storytelling and teaching songs.
• Encourage children’s creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
• Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
• Observe children for signs of learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
• Establish guidelines for behavior.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: Asset
• Languages: English
• Certificates: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate
