Our client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This position offers support for international candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, and supplies
• Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods
• Monitor revenues and staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and supervise staff, setting work schedules
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Manage customer relations and address complaints

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field
• Languages: English
