Our client is seeking a Manager for a retail store chain. This role may offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

• Salary: $67,000 annually / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Special Commitments: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews

Experience and Specialization

• Type of Product: Cosmetics and toiletries
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
