    • Responsibilities

  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Maintain professionalism in customer service
  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform brake adjustments and vehicle inspections
  • Communicate with central dispatch
  • Record cargo information and driving hours
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods

    • Credentials

  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver’s License (Class 1 or A)

    • Experience and Specialization

  • Documentation knowledge: Accident reports, Bill of lading, Driver logbook
  • Type of trucking: Tractor-trailer
  • Communication systems experience: CB radio

    • Additional Information

  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check, Drug test
  • Transportation/Travel Requirements: Willing to travel cross-border and internationally
  • Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
