Job Overview

Our client is seeking an Area Sales Manager who is able to work on-site in North York, ON. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. This is a full-time contract position with responsibilities including leading a sales team and managing relationships with business clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews
• Plan and control budget and expenditures
• Work with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages
• Direct strategic planning for new product lines
• Establish organizational sales policies and procedures
• Lead sales team and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Organize sales operations and evaluate departmental activities
• Coordinate projects and programs
• Provide customer service and manage events

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in Business/Commerce or Business Administration
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in marketing and sales
• Languages: English

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and client-focused

Additional Information

• Security clearance required
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel is necessary
