• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
• Monitor staff performance and provide training.
• Recruit and implement operational procedures for services offered.
• Cost products and services while ensuring compliance with liquor regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
