Our client is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor. This position is ideal for candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
