Our client is seeking candidates for the position of Sales Supervisor in a retail environment, specifically a vape shop. We offer potential visa sponsorship for international applicants, including support for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Overview

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Setting: Vape shop, retail business, on-site customer service

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including apprentices and the design team
• Assign duties to sales workers
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training
• Order merchandise and authorize returns
• Establish work schedules and sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
• Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Conduct online marketing and Website promotions

Supervision

• Supervise 3-4 people

Experience and Specialization

• Exhibit and display design experience in merchandising or window displays
• Experience with visual displays

• Transportation: Own transportation required
