Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for their restaurant located in Surrey, BC. This role offers potential visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Supervision

• Supervise 5-10 people

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience required.

Languages

Fluency in English is required.
