Overview

Job Details

• Location: Dartmouth, NS
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $26.00 to $36.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities

• Provide access to computer networks.
• Report on the performance of computer systems and networks.
• Assist users experiencing difficulties with computers.
• Consult technical manuals to research and implement solutions.
• Offer advice and training to users facing identified difficulties.
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for other support analysts.
• Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
• Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables and software.
• Perform web-server backup and recovery operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage incidents effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or a non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years.
• Language: English proficiency required.
• Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work is available.
