Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor who is able to supervise and coordinate activities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Visa sponsorship for this role may be available for international applicants.

• Location: Sechelt, BC
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $20.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules.
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Languages: English
