Our client is seeking a Cook for their restaurant located in Mississauga, ON. Immigration support may be available for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate special events
• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Prepare and cook special meals as instructed
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in food preparation and handling
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Organize buffets and banquets
• Manage kitchen operations

Experience and Specialization

• Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years
