THE ROLE

As a member of the Brand Partnerships team, this national role will be primarily responsible for managing hospitality and ticketing needs for partners, prospects, and key clients. You will act as a concierge for national partners, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill ticketing, hospitality, and administrative requirements, ensuring the success of national ticketing programs.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Serve as the day-to-day ticketing concierge for national partners through both email and phone communication.
• Liaise directly with select partners’ clients to provide exceptional service.
• Manage large and complex orders for various partners across Canada, coordinating with ticketing teams and venues.
• Track and fulfill all contractual venue and festival ticket deliverables.
• Maintain and update partner accounts and budget trackers within the ticketing platform.
• Analyze partner ticket program sales trackers and communicate sales updates.
• Coordinate hospitality requirements, including suite rentals, premium seating, and events.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Minimum two (2) years experience in hospitality or customer service, with ticketing experience being an asset.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• A positive approach incorporating integrity and discretion.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
