Overview

We are looking for a Bicycle Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service in our client’s bike shop. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, training employees, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage shop operations and staff scheduling
• Maintain inventory and ensure product availability
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues
• Train and supervise shop staff
• Promote a positive work environment and team culture

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1 to 2 year program
• Experience: 5 years or more in a similar role
• Language Requirements: English; Spanish is an asset
