Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join their team. This role offers visa sponsorship opportunities for international applicants, including support for candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Scarborough, ON
• Work Location: On site
• Salary: $28.50 per hour
• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
• Languages: English
• Supervision: 5-10 people
