Job Details

• Location: Brampton, ON
• Work location: On site
• Salary: $36.10 per hour (35 hours per week)
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities

• Book appointments
• Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences
• Shampoo customers’ hair
• Provide other hair treatment (waving, straightening, tinting, scalp conditioning)
• Supervise other hair stylists and staff
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to hair
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
• Suggest hairstyles compatible with clients’ physical features
• Perform receptionist duties

Qualifications

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
