Location: New Liskeard, ON

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Supervisor for their retail operations. This position offers visa sponsorship opportunities for qualified candidates. Immigration support may be considered for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including apprentices and sales workers.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
• Hire, train, or coordinate training for staff.
• Order merchandise and manage inventory.
• Authorize merchandise returns.
• Establish work schedules and prepare sales reports.
• Organize and maintain an effective inventory system.
• Manage cash and supervise daily operations.

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced retail environment.
• Work is conducted on-site; remote work options are not available.
• Public transportation is accessible.

Compensation

• Salary: $20.25 per hour
• Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
