Overview

We are seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Mechanic with a strong background in mechanical systems to join our team. You will be required to complete repairs and maintenance on truck systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.
• Estimate parts and labor costs for repairs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service.
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
• Complete reports documenting problems and work performed.

Credentials

• Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification required.

Experience and Specialization

• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with engine repair, diagnostics, and truck-trailer systems.

Work Conditions

• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Must stand for extended periods.
