NOW HIRING – RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (RGM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences
• Manage and develop a team of 10-45 employees
• Drive sales and profitability while meeting operational goals
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment standards
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Minimum 2-4 years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service experience is an asset)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and operational performance
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Valid driver’s license (for bank deposits, travel between locations, or inventory pickups)
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for long periods during shifts
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing
