Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Shift Manager for their fast food restaurant with potential visa sponsorship available. This is a permanent full-time position ideal for international applicants, including those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 305 – Riverfront Road, Weyburn, SK, S4H 3R5
• Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 hourly (negotiable)
• Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
• Work Location: On site
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Establish work schedules.

Supervision

• Supervise 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Languages: English
