Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year

Skills & Responsibilities

• Addressing customers’ complaints or concerns
• Presenting bills to customers and accepting payments
• Describing menu items including daily specials
• Enforcing liquor legislation and regulations
• Advising on menu selections
• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
• Greeting patrons and providing customer service
• Serving food and beverages
• Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Assisting clients/guests with special needs
