Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join their team. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position located at 905 Highway 9 South Dr, Drumheller, AB, T0J 0Y0.

Job Details

• Location: Drumheller, AB
• Salary: $18.00 hourly (35 to 40 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Work Location: On site

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Languages: English
