Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP or equivalent

Experience

• 2 to 3 years in a related role

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Maintain financial records and accounts
• Prepare financial reports and tax returns
• Reconcile accounts

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero)
• Knowledge of tax regulations and bookkeeping

• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
