About the Opportunity

In the role of Sales Lead, you will serve your team by removing obstacles, providing intentional coaching, and helping each member grow into their potential. This people-first position focuses on leading through service to guide the team in achieving sales goals, while ensuring clarity and follow-through.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coaching and mentoring a team of sales reps to meet individual and team sales targets
• Supporting account managers and sales support teams in identifying challenges and finding solutions
• Leading performance conversations with clarity and care, celebrating wins, and addressing issues early
• Reviewing metrics and customer interactions to identify patterns for improvement
• Helping the team stay organized and aligned with expectations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Bringing energy and focus to the daily activities of your team

• Have experience in leading or coaching within a results-driven team setting

• Comfortably analyze metrics to inform your discussions
• Can use tools like Outlook, Excel, and internal systems to track progress
• Communicate clearly and build rapport with clients and colleagues

The total compensation package for this role, which includes base salary and performance-based incentives, starts in the range of $65,000 CAD to $76,000 CAD, with significant growth potential.
