Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Eligibility Requirements

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam.
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.
Compensation
Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility. The RN will oversee the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks and ensure that care is consistent with established protocols. They will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs, ensuring holistic care delivery.

• Administering medications and treatments.
• Providing patient education.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Demonstrating strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills.

• Provide clear and accurate patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs.
• Apply critical thinking in making decisions regarding patient care.
• Provide competent and compassionate care for various medical conditions.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and consult with specialists as needed.

Job Types and Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40.00-$85.00 per hour
