Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of information
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Complete insurance and other claim forms
• Maintain filing system
• Order supplies and maintain inventory
• Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence
• Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service

Skills and Experience

• Computer Knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, Electronic mail, MS Windows
• Areas of Work Experience: Contracts, Correspondence, Financial statements, Invoices, Reports and records

Transportation and Work Conditions

• Own transportation required, public transportation is available
• Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
• Personal suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication
