Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager who will be responsible for evaluating and planning daily operations and managing departmental budgets. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

• Salary: $130,000 to $170,000 annually (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget
• Supervise more than 20 staff members

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 5 years or more in relevant field
• Language: English

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in various software including word processing, database, inventory control, and monitoring software
• Experience in the aerospace industry and specialization in aviation

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail

Additional Information

• Basic security clearance required
• Work must be completed at the physical location; no option for remote work
