Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Calgary, AB
Work Setting: On Site (Office building, Cleaning service company, Commercial facility)
Salary: $36.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

    • Responsibilities

    Key Tasks:

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules

    • Supervision:

  • Manage a team of 3-4 people

    • Qualifications

    Education:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

    • Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role

    • Skills:

  • Excellent oral communication
  • Reliability

    • Work Environment

  • Fast-paced environment
