Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This position offers potential visa sponsorship opportunities for overseas candidates, including LMIA and other types of support.

Job Details

• Location: Brampton, ON
• Work Location: On Site
• Salary: $27.00 per hour, 35 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Perform data entry
• Train staff
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Resolve conflict situations
• Plan and control budget and expenditures

Supervision

• 1 to 2 people

Education and Experience

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent time management and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
