Job Details

Our client is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for various food service establishments. This position offers potential immigration support for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Hire food service staff.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules.

Supervision

• Food service counter attendants and food preparers (16-20 people).

Job Requirements

• No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment requiring physical activity including standing for extended periods.
• Must be bondable.
