Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for a retail service establishment to join our client. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate, with immigration support potentially available.

• Salary: $36.60 per hour (35 to 40 hours per week)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Special Commitments: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On-call, Overtime available

Education and Experience Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in retail management

Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate and plan daily operations.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales strategies.
• Implement pricing and credit policies.
• Procure merchandise for resale.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Recruit and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• Oversee payroll administration.
