Job Details

• Location: 1313 7th Ave, Hope, BC, V0X 1L4
• Salary: $45.50 per hour / 37 to 55 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Workplace Information: On the road

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
• Order parts and maintain inventory
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
• Keep maintenance reports and documentation
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance
• Perform repair work on heavy trucks and service attachments
• Assist process and machine operators

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 5 years or more
• Languages: English

Work Environment

• Outdoors, Cold/refrigerated, Dusty, Hot, Noisy
• Physically demanding with attention to detail required
• Willing to travel regularly
