Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Visa sponsorship is available for overseas candidates, including support for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: 5 Hansen Rd S, Brampton, ON, L6W 3H6
• Workplace information: On site
• Salary: $34.10 per hour / 30 to 35 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Languages: English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
