Our client is looking for a skilled Human Resources Adviser to coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet the organization’s goals. Visa sponsorship may be considered for international candidates.

Salary and Work Conditions

• Salary: $35.00 per hour
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate and plan daily operations for effectiveness.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage contracts and agreements.
• Oversee analysis of employee data and information.
• Research employee benefits and health and safety practices; recommend changes.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Recruit and hire staff as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
• Background in Accounting, Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related fields.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.

Languages

Fluency in French is required.

Work Environment

• Work must be completed on-site; remote work is not an option.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
