Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator, or an ECEA with relevant experience, to become a valued member of our team in Duncan. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment. After a 3-month probation period, we can offer PNP to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to engage children.
• Observe and document children’s progress.
• Provide guidance to support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Encourage creativity and positive self-expression.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $20.00-$21.50 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
