Responsibilities

• Open and distribute mail and other materials
• Train staff
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage contracts
• Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
• Respond to electronic enquiries
• Oversee the preparation of reports
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
• Perform data entry
• Provide customer service
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Experience and Specialization

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word

Technical Terminology: Financial, Business

Area of Work Experience: Purchasing, procurement, and contracts

Area of Specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Contracts, Financial statements, Invoices, Accounting
