Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.
• Advise managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
• Mediating labour disputes and grievances.
• Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
• Manage contracts and analyze employee data.
• Respond to employee questions and complaints.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate work environments.

Job Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Languages: English.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Security and Safety: Must be bondable.
