Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). We offer relocation and licensing support for the right candidates.

Overview

As an RN in this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients across diverse healthcare settings.

Requirements

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule

• Full-time hours: 36 hours a week
• Days and night shifts available
• Rotating weekends
• 12-hour shift options available.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials: Shift differentials offered

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing patient education
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans

• Provide clear and accurate patient education.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitors patients for potential reactions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs.
• Apply critical thinking in making decisions regarding patient care.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Pay: $40.00 – $85.00 per hour
