Position: Farm Manager
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Salary: $24.52 per hour, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full time
Work Environment: On site

Our client is open to international applicants and will consider candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Immigration support is potentially available for the right candidate.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
- Manage the overall operation of the farm.
- Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed, and other supplies.
- Establish marketing programs.
- Maintain financial and production records.
- Perform general farm duties.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
Supervision
- Supervise 5-10 people.

Experience and Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Language: English
