Job Summary

Our client is seeking an office administrator to join their team. This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity located in Ottawa, ON. Immigration support for the right candidate is potentially available, including applications for those with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities

• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Oversee payroll administration
• Plan and control budget and expenditures

Qualifications

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages

• English
